Unlike most Zombie movies Fido is a romanticized idea of being able to control Zombies. Set in a perfect Leave it to Beaver 1950's American town Zombies are available for purchase from Zomcon complete with remote control collars. Zombies are there to mow lawns, do housework, and any thing else the Zombies owners see fit. Zombies are great helpers as long as their collars are functioning properly and they don't accidentally eat your neighbors. Watch Fido for some comedy from Zombies. Who can resist a lovable Zombie.
So I'm done with all the Holiday shopping, I still need to work on the Holiday shipping (yes I am late), I've made the meal, eaten the meal, I opened gifts, I gave gifts, my dog threw up on my gifts, I've eaten left overs of the meal, so I thought I would take a few moments to talk about Bacon. Recently I told my husband Ham is Bacon's brother, after all they both have the same mom or dad right? Maybe this should be a tribute to Ham as well as Bacon in the spirit of brotherly love?
This first picture shows how Ham is Bacon's brother.
Now let's think about the Holidays..............
For Someone Special:
Enjoy all the Bacon and Ham brotherly love out there on the interwebs. So much goodness!
I wanted to give a shout out to the new Forward Foods location in OKC. I have always loved Forward Foods in Norman, but I live it Yukon, so if your in OK you know that is a drive and a half. So having Forward Foods in OKC is just Amazing! I went there for the first time this week to get cheese for my Birthday lunch, which was, cheese LOL. I'm super impressed the store is even bigger than the one in Norman and is amazing. So many choices, so much foodie yummyness! It is great. So go there buy stuff and support local!
So what are my plans for 2011? To let Zombies take over. Yep that's right I am going to try, to post a photo of a zombie everyday in 2011. Will I do it? I don't know but it's good to have goals. :)
You can come see me this weekend Saturday, October 9th in Oklahoma City at The Plaza District Festival. From Noon till 10:00pm I will be peddling my wares on NW 16th Street.
Finally getting back in the groove of the daily grind after an amazing trip to Strange Folk Festival 2010. Had a great time in St. Louis, MO and O'Fallon, IL. Can't wait for next year!
